Suitable for initial appointments and full treatments. Includes consultation, relevant movement or postural observations, hands-on treatment and aftercare advice.

40-minute focused treatment  £50

Available to returning clients only and suitable for focused treatment of a specific area.

First appointments must be booked for 60 minutes to allow sufficient time to discuss your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.

Price Changes

Prices for sessions, classes, treatments, and packages are subject to change. While I aim to give as much notice as possible and be as competitive as possible with price adjustments, I reserve the right to adjust pricing at short notice when necessary.

Any sessions or blocks already purchased will be honoured at the rate paid at the time of purchase.

Discounts

A 10% discount is applied when purchasing a 10-class studio block only if you attend studio classes twice weekly.

Refunds

All classes and passes are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes (private and group classes).
You are welcome to change your appointment in person or online if another suitable time is available.

Otherwise, the full amount will be charged for any missed or late-notice class.
